Sorry guys it is annoying but at the same time I am so use to just deleting and not reading them. But if they are not certified they have no right to pm members, if they are certified then I guess if they must do this then maybe they can be a bit more tactful. Alex could have also posted his complaint with a bit less emotion I think as well.
