An even better way to go in my opinion is to find a really great stay at home parent type person that’s looking to make some extra cash.. Whether they know about gambling particularly or not. Put them on a decent yet not huge salary, and have them write for you continuously. But they’ll learn as they go, and they’ll be super happy to actually be working at home, so they’ll want to do a good job. Now you can give the first writer a bit of a raise, and have her train the new writer.
