I agree with Dom – delegating is actually hard work for us control freaks. If I could delegate half the things I do I would have so much more time to do other things..
You do need to do your research though, and make sure that the person you’re delegating to actually can do the work as good, if not better than yourself, or you would have spent less time actually doing it yourself.
On another point, I would advise that if you’re planning to have more than one site, make sure you finish one before starting another. 35% of $0 is $0, so there’s no good having 20 sites that make nothing, compared to one finished site that will start bringing in a regular commission…
