Well, delegating is a hard nut to crack for all of us control freaks. 
Admitting I suck at stuff isn’t so hard for me, I do suck at a lot of things. :tongue:
The real problem with outsourcing is that there are a bunch of crooks out there too, and you have to be careful. Only one of my guys can actually access the server, and she has been with me for years. If you do outsource, make sure the person comes well recommended, check all recommendations.
