Either way the player should be tracked to the aff as the player wouldn’t have even got there without the aff

I wish that were the case, but the CS rep cannot see if it is an affiliate link or not.
We have over 100 CS reps in various countries and they have no idea how the affiliate program works. What has been to done to fix this problem is we have sent out an email asking affiliates to remove the two casinos and to promote our other brands until the issue has been resolved. Also we are giving them cash if they had the banners up for the last 3 days.
