mmm a members’ only club with a private forum

can someone translate this nebulous statement into proper english please? call me naive, but I don’t think all these sites want to help each other in the slightest. what’s their real angle / goal I wonder? why do they need a conference…? They would all be happy if the others companies died and fell on their faces.

also funny to see 888.com on their “list of 65”.. one of the internet’s biggest spammers in the past.
additionally, I see the word “certification” bandied around on the homepage.. What’s the deal anyone?

From what I hear the “meeting” at CAC didn’t go that well and there wasn’t really an agreement or anything close to it – Problem is they all want different things ranging from a GAP owned conference through to an official certification program possibly from Ecogra through to a forum and then even as far as readjusting their relationship with affiliates as a whole.

There is a lot of opportunity here for both affiliates, operators and in fact the indusrty with some great potential benefits but unless there is some kind of organisation and direction it seems it will either die away quietly or continue in its present form which from the outside appears slightly disorganised without a true focus (I could be wrong as I can’t see all the forums there, just part)

I actually would like to see GAP succeed but only if it will benefit the market as a whole and provide some transparency, ethics and stability to the iGaming affiliate market as a whole
