On Friday I have received $861.38 via wire transfer from GFed. The given amount does not include 11% fees, so GFed didn’t charge any fees. These commissions are only from my one account (mick123).
Other payments were not receive from GFed, and as I understand this was their final payment. I’d like to comment some moments of my work with GFed.
1) My opinion regarding 11% fees: There are no any 11% fees in T&Cs, and no matter what it’s written in FAQ. Although you didn’t charge 11% fees from my commissions but I’d like to mention that in your newsletter on March 11, 2008 GFed told affiliates that they decided to raise their payout minimum and they didn’t charge any fees.

2) Regarding my account com123: I told my opinion earlier and everything what I thought about this situation with the test player account.

On last Friday, my stats again was changed and now I had a negative balance -$5,075.79 (why am I still having the negative balance?), I don’t understand why the test player continues playing on my account, even last week he played on my account.

The all problems were appeared only because GFED DIDN’T PROCESSS PAYMENTS OF MY COMMISSIONS ON TIME. Moreover they didn’t pay me commissions for December and January on time, the chargeback was in February, and now I have the negative balance -$3150.79, I don’t understand why, because I didn’t receive this amount, although my stats shows that $3,474.18 is paid http://www.gambling-search.net/gf/gfed-new/transaction_history.php.htm, but I didn’t receive this amount. And now I have the negative balance -$3150.79. The situation is like with a hero Leslie Nielsen in “Wrongfully Accused”.

I again repeat my position, and I think it’s true:
The day of commission payments has come – you must process the payment. If a chargeback is processed in several months, you must add the chargeback amount as a minus in my balance. But you didn’t pay me these commissions on time – for December and January you had to process 3 (!!!) payments, but you didn’t do it .Thus, instead of working according to your T&Cs, you don’t abide by them, and when a chargeback was raised, you solved your problems at the expense of my unpaid affiliate commissions. For you it’s easier to change my stats manually than to process my commission payment.
4) Finally, I’d like to show you how GFed work with their affiliates. Here is an email history which I have been having since 2007 regarding my commission payments, related with a check reissue -http://www.gambling-search.net/gf/emails/old-emails.html
I have received the commissions only on Friday last week, after 2 years of our email correspondence.!!! – – no comments.
Currently I have only $861.38 that was paid from the whole amount of $3,474.18 on the account mick123. On the account com123, where the test palyer “played”, nothing from the whole amount $3591.12 was paid to me. Also now I have negative balances of more than $8000 on both my accounts (com123: $ -5,075.79, mick123: $ -3,150.79 ). Why do my both accounts have increasing negative balances, and why does the test player continue playing on my account? These things were not explained to me.
