First off, it is highly unethical to be demanding payment for commissions generated from fraudulent deposits and expecting us to take an even bigger loss then we already have. How can you expect us to pay commissions generated from deposits we never collected, so therefore Alexander never earned? As mentioned to Alexander in my email to him, his affiliate account mick123 earned commissions from deposits made by one fraudulent player. Stated in point 3.3.2.1 of our Affiliate Terms and Conditions,

Affiliates are not allowed to benefit from “Fraud Traffic”. If Alexander had received a payment for the commissions earned in the period from November 24, 2008 to January 11, 2009, he would’ve benefited from “Fraud Traffic” as the commissions generated during that period were from one player’s deposits, which the majority was charged back. Below are the details of how our affiliate’s commissions are calculated. This isn’t in the Affiliate Agreement page; however it will be updated ASAP. It can be found on our FAQ page at the following link:

How is Weekly Net Gaming Revenue calculated?
Casino Player Deposits [minus] Winnings [minus] Processing Fees [11%] = Net Gaming Revenue
Player Deposits excludes any bonuses, cash comps or free money a player receives.

Processing Fees:
[11%] Charges imposed by e-cash companies, including a percentage of all money deposited, transaction fees, crediting fees, etc. Processing fees [11%] are derived from the following fees: Charges to process a single transaction are approximately 8% of the full transactions value. In addition we are charged $1.00 for every transaction [approved or declined]. If a player is declined but continues to try 5 times, the charges are $5.00. Credits back to players’ cards are $5.00 each. Chargeback’s are a fee of $25.00 each. If a player has 4 transactions that they charge back we are charged $100.00. We calculated the average for the entire casino for 1 full year and came with the average amount of 11%.

Even though we have lost money due to charge back fees and not being able to collect the deposits that were charged back, we are still going to pay out for the commissions earned on the deposits that weren’t charged back by the fraudulent player, to Alexander. Moreover, in previous emails sent to Alexander, as a form of compensation on our part we even went as far as offering him a special casino solution free of charge worth well over US$ 10,000.00 to help him turn things around from a promotional and commission earning standpoint. I have wired the full amount of the commissions owed to Alexander’s bank account so he should receive the funds shortly.
