First off, I would like to apologize for not getting back to you earlier either within the CAP thread or by way of email yesterday, I’ve been out of the office in the last 24 hours as I was busy down in the nation’s capital (Ottawa) in front of the Canadian Parliament making speeches and hosting a series of talks with eminent political representatives.
At this time, I am trying to gather all elements regarding these commissions related matters. I am communicating with Top Management, our Accounting department and also with our Risk Management team to uncover all aspects which will ensure that full transparency is rendered, and that any potential ambiguity is set aside by evidence and concrete proof of what occurred over the course of these months.
I assure you, we will get to the bottom of this as we wish to remain on good terms with all of our affiliates, and or potential future webmasters out there – and thus I will try my very best to help resolve this situation and orchestrate any necessary adjustments and or changes towards first providing the implicated parties with some clarifications, and second setting the foundations to an honorable, sincere and honest resolution to this situation.
We believe that in this industry, people notably business partners, are at the very foundation and core of what makes the business function. Therefore, we value business relationships beyond anything, and our last intentions are to damage these. We are also strong advocates that business ethics and opening ways for a meaningful dialog to help resolve any situation is the best way to go about coming to terms when facing a crisis or dealing with a conflict.
