Baggsy, be very careful before you jump into bed with Blackpool Bingo or Casino. They are owned by C-Pays and C-pays is a rougue outfit. They have a long history of screwing over affiliates and refusing to pay CPA deals.
They make offers to new affiliates sound amazing and lucrative to only toss in terms later on that all but eliminates any revenue your players generated and will claim fraud etc.
I myself had them change my ability to read stats, had my AM ask for my password etc. Do yourself a favor and look for a more reputable program and my advice would be to not even promote any c-pays programs at all.
