Most of the old ways of fooling Google don’t work anymore for example people used to switch the ad on when google wasn’t in the office and then switch it off when they came in…..I am sure there are new ways but the people in the know are never keen to share
Re the new rules where affiliates can target UK and Ireland through PPC – I don’t believe you have to be a UK citizen – I know they have to inspect your site and it has to be promoting white listed jurisdictions and be socially responsible etc etc – Some one in the know will be able to comment better on that
