By the way this thread has not been closed and you are welcome to discuss industry issues openly. If you feel one of the biggest challenges presented to the industry is the very few bannings that have occured at CAP then feel free to carry on. I dont think its a real issue and have to get back to work so have at it in the frame work described.
But if it becomes a CAP bashing session or a Lou and Warren witch hunt I dont believe thats going to help anyone our solve any world or industry problems and is just malicious in nature and intent. I have to protect my business and my community and will do so even if that is unpopular with a few members.
