Webzcas we have been transparent about Cardspike but I will restate it again for anyone who missed our previous statements.
1. CAP and PAP are owned by Affiliate Media Inc. this is a Nevada based copporation with offices in California. Both Warren and I are share holders in the organization along with others.
2. Affiliate Media Inc has no shares, ownership or interest in Cardspike. The only business AMI did do with Cardspike was accept a certifcation fee for their listing here at CAP and PAP. When the problems Cardspike were experienced which werre not being addressed in timely manner by the owners of Cardspike.com we decertified that program here and at PAP.
3. Effective Media Group is a Flroida Corporation. Both Warren and Myself own shares in EMG along with other investors (not the same set as AMI by the way). AMI owns no shares or consideration in Effetive Media Group whatsoever and does not financially benefit from its operations.
4. Effective Media Group Operates as a consulting and affiliate services provider to gaming clients and unfortunately that included Cardspike.com. Effective Media does not have ownership in any gaming operation. We are merely consultants and service providers. As US citizens we would not feel comfortable owning or operating a casino, poker room, bingo client or sports betting group given the current climate. In our high profile positions it would be foolish and probably legally suicidal. Consulting on the other hand, just like affiliate marketing is legal and reputable in our eyes.
5. UIGEA destroyed almost 70% of MY personal income as an affiliate. Thats what I use to pay my bills and feed my rather large family. Both Warren and I receive a modest salary from AMI as we are a growth phase company. I had to either declare bankruptcy and see me world fall apart or I had to suplement my income until the affiliate market rebounds. I honestly never thought offering consulting services via a new Florida based company that I operated would be viewed as such a horrible trangression.
Most US affiliates had to make adjustments when our players were lost. Some sold links, some write content, some branched out into other verticles and unfortunately many went under. I am just doing the best I can to feed my family by marketing a commodity I do have which is knowledge and advice and training. I wish I could convey that better, but’s its the gods honest truth. Thats it. There are no other evil or sinister motives here. I know some will believe me and some wont but after all the years we spent together I would appreciate a little consideration and be given at least a benefit of the doubt before assuming the worst.
