In my experience VIP doesn’t ever respond to their support email. A year or so ago, my account went from huge negative to huge positive and they closed my account and wouldn’t respond to any emails whatsoever. Phone got me in touch with someone who ran the program but claimed he didn’t know what was going on. Long story short, I gave up trying to collect figuring they went rogue.
