Hi Gabriel,

Does Rome carry over negative balances from one month to the next? Because if not, and if you’re paying on netgaming then wouldn’t the negative netgaming have reflected before January when they requested a withdraw?

In principle, we do carry over negative balances. However, the software does not reflect this yet, and, as in the case of Triple777s, a negative balance of Net Gaming became a balance of $0 at the beginning of the new month.

What is the exact definition of Netgaming?

Is it bets – wins – wagered bonuses – chargebacks – returns?

Correct.

If affilaites are paid on Netgaming and Netgaming means what I just said, then the actual withdraw wouldn’t affect stats would it? Since we’re paid on the betting and wins/losses and not the deposits and withdraws right?

Affiliates are paid a percentage of netgaming. You are correct, a withdrawal does not effect the current month’s netgaming, as you can see in Triple777s stats.

I’m sorry if I’m not getting it. I apologize ahead of time if you feel this is wasting your time.

I’m not saying stats are not being tracked properly, but if people are confused, can’t you be a little patient with us and explain the things we dont’ understand?

Thanks Josh and Gabriel for your patience here.

It’s fine, and I never lost my patience. In fact, I explained it over 3 times. It was Pat who lost her patience and said she “gives up”.

I explained it 3 times, and I’ll explain it 300 times if need be, that’s my job

I hope what I wrote was clear and that it has clarified the matter for you and Pat.

If not, maybe I’m not expressing myself clearly in writing, and I’m more than happy to call and explain over the phone. Or, if you’re in London, I can give you a visual presentation.

And I’ll say this again, because although you may think it’s still on topic, I am sure several people reading this thread will have not read the whole thing, and I want to make it clear again:

The purpose of this audit was to check if we are tracking players and deposits correctly. Although the original report of the audit believe there were problems in our tracking, after further investigation, we have all concluded that Rome’s tracking of players (and deposits) works perfectly.

See you in London I hope.
