I don’t think it’s fair to make a mountain out of a molehill now that the entire audit has been flushed down the toilet. I appreciate people trying to save face but the bottom line is this:

1 player was untracked (NOT 3) and we have all of his data readily available proving it was neither intentional nor were we able to prevent it from happening. The IP can change all it wants, it just can’t change from the time the player downloads the .exe file to the time they install it. Ask yourself what the possibility of you as an individual downloading the .exe file, leaving it there, and installing it later after you’ve reconnected from a different IP. The possibility exists but we have hundreds of registrations a day and this is the first time it’s ever happened. Lastly, every other time the IP address has changed in between, we’ve still caught the player via a cookie but in this case, there wasn’t even a cookie as he probably had Norton AntiSpam or some kind of cookie blocker enabled. Our tracking system is so advanced that we track with Session ID’s also. This means that under normal circumstances, you get your tracking even if the player has ALL COOKIES DISABLED. Try it and see for yourself.

We’ve provided the IP address changes including timestamps to prove it. We are admitting that this is the first time it has ever happened and that the player tracking doesn’t usually get lost in this case but it did in THIS case.

One of eight, guys. One of eight and one with a very good explanation. Given you have no other audit to compare this to, I think these are excellent results. Be reasonable and before you roast us, wait until you see what the next audit reveals. At less than 10% default traffic, you guys are getting more of your players tracked with us than with any other platform and you can take that to the bank.

I have a question on this -is this rome saying it diDnt count because of change in IP?Or Cap.If rome then this is awful not to track a player because of change in ip -ips change all the time -at least mine does.

The affiliate Bonustreak’s player (Peralis) was initially logged and tracked when he came to our site via http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/private.php?do=showpm&pmid=163991 His IP at the time was 196.3.94.228. He however only downloaded our software at this time, and did not register an account. His IP then changed to 196.3.94.225, where he then registered an account. Unfortunately, this change in IP led to him no longer being associated with Bonustreak, as his identification to our system had changed. The data backing this up can be seen below:
