Thanks Robin I am forwarding the info on to our attorney and the attornies representing ASP who are now taking legal action again the Parent Company of GPWA and APCW.

I was equally stunned by Michael going rogue. When he took over at GPWA I was very optimistic about the future of the group and we were very supportive of him. We even provided free booths at our events for GPWA and APCW and allowed them to distribute their magazines freely and have access to all our attending affiliates and sponsors. All of a sudden BAM! total change in charecter.

It started awhile back with the “joke” in the GPWA newsletter that they had purchased CAP and has ratched up steadily.

I guess they figure this cheap heat is the only way to attract attention to their second rate brand. At CAP we INVEST in the community and constantly add new features and events to give affiliates the best experience possible. MyCAP is an example which cost us over $100K to develop, its NOT a free facebook group where your data is not fully secure. CAP TV is not a one man band working with an old camcorder, a tripod and free editing software. We brought in producers and editors from the broadcast business. That cost money too believe me and the product will quickly become the industry standard. We doubled the distribution of CAP Magazine and are actively adding new Regional Events like CAP Down Under so all affiliates can easily attend a conference. There is ASOP which has awared affiliates with over $75,000 in cash prizes. There is CAP money. We retained two of the best SEO minds in the industry to share their knowlege with our members (Over $150,000 per year) Etc…. Etc… Etc…

We do our best to GIVE BACK to affiliates and strengthen everyone. They concentrate on destroying peoples reputations and give back nothing. APCW and J Toad ae attacking us and ASP again today and they are doing another piece on us Tuesday. They are sp desperate to harm us they spend ALL their time and resources on that one mission.

I think Michael knows at the product or user experience levels he CANT compete with CAP so he chose to spend his time and efforts on slander, rumors and outright lies to damage us and the people we work with like ASP.

It’s a shame and I pray every night people will realize this is all a sham by a jealous and bitter competitor. Over time, between the efforts of our Legal Team and ASPs, I am sure my prayers will be answered and we can all concentrade on growing our businesses and growing the inudstry.
