technically you are right, but my reasons are different. if you are intending on spending money as it arrives, then it doesn’t matter whether its in usd or euros. if you are planning to put money aside, it makes more sense to do that in euros as the USD will soon collapse like there is no tomorrow. US has a massive debt. it keeps on bailing out companies by printing more money which essentially dilutes the value of the current dollar.

i don’t want to be hostage to american domestic populism. just hedging my bets…:D
