I do promote non-certified programs but it can definitely help me to decide to promote a program if I know they’re listed at CAP. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re any more reputable but it does mean I know there’s a line of communication if I need it – and I often tell new programs that I’ll look at them if/when they get certified.
