I like the fact that we have a recourse with CAP programs, and that is my main reason for being here all these years. Things with CAP programs tend to get straightened out, one way or another.
Uncertified programs – I do promote some, but usually only if I already know the aff manager and know I will be taken care of, or if I am absolutely sure that I can trust them for some other reason.
As a rule, I prefer CAP programs.
