Hello Marina,
I have sent this through to our developers to find out what is causing the error.
We believe that it could be from the latest update we received from MGS but
that is purely our assumption for now, being that the update was the last
change that happened to the software.
I will be able to provide a more detailed report back once they have reviewed
all of the code more thoroughly.
Edited – Sorry I fogot to ask, did they happen to mention what anti-virus app they were using?
