Hi,
I think it should be made very clear that as it is that many of us do have close relationships with our players that considering the numbers involved … that it would be entirely foolish to say one thing and do another.
In other words if they want the blacklist lifted … then once they have returned to honoring their agreements with us .. that if it should be discovered that a player we know is signed up with them … is playing and we don’t get credit (commission) … that while being reasonable people and that we will understand if this should be discovered … once … or maybe twice … but that if it is discovered in such quantity that it is obvious they have NOT returned to giving us credit on every player we sent them …
that the blacklist and boycott will go up again and this time for good.
I think it is important affs make a stand that will not be forgotten any time soon. I think we have (obviously) made an impact already.
They were willing to snub us knowing how this would work out. or you’d think any intelligent thinking person would have figured that such action would result in a severe reaction from the aff community.
That if you read warnings about a place on even a few sites … the average intelligent person will choose to avoid that site regardless of whether what is said is true … because who needs to take the risk?
Well now they’re willing to talk. That tells me we”re making a hell of an impact and I say DO NOT turn off the heat.
No reason to increase it … but I don’t see why anybody should be in a hurry to take down anything they’ve already put up.
If they want the matter settled quickly … then quickly return to a fair and honorable approach.
my 2 cents.
