It would be nice to see ALL programs post here that they will pay allfreechips the earnings on these tags.You all know it was his site and the circumstances ,I hate to say it but i doubt he will get the domains back if neither registry has replied on the matter.I had a domain stolen last year that was RESOLD ,it cost me $2000 in legal fees then it was only because the new buyer had some morals he charged back some money on a credit card and I paid him the rest of his cost.It cost me $32,000 to buy my own website back but it was worth it.In my case a third party was holding my domains and that piece of crap stole it from me .I learned my lesson on that too.
To allfreechips ,if you are just emailing the registries and expecting them to get your domain back ,it wont work .You need a lawyer to send BOTH a letter and maybe they will lock it and return to you.
