Can’t say I subscribe to this way of thinking myself. My thoughts:
1) The chances of someone you refer clicking a footer link back out are very slim
2) If they do, then they obviously don’t want to sign up at the casino they are at anyway
And even if they did come back later, in some instances you’re cookie would have stuck, but it’s unlikely anyway.
