This is an interesting topic that we’ve been giving allot of thought to internally.
Certain affiliates were asking for back links on the landing page, home page, etc. Our concern was that we couldn’t jeopardize the domain name of our merchants.
We decided instead to do a ‘featured affiliate section’ right on the Income Access site (in progress). We like that, because there is a review of the affiliate, it has more value than simple SEO, that we don’t have to go through the ‘hmms & haas’ of the merchants, and that we can have lots of featured affiliates. + We have better ranking than many of our merchants.
Luigi, is this a potential solution to the problem?
