I am starting to put the pieces together, Someone got access and I use complete nonesense passwords for SQl/ Host / FTP that are long and have all char types so it was not a brute force. I just now got an email from 1&1 that is interesting.

So it appears someone simply went to 1&1 and requested the pw, and if they have access to my email they could do it for all my PW!
I think that by changing the pw on everything they were not able to log into the email and get it, delete the email and move on.
Oh, btw UI can log into 1&1 with any domain name I have as the account name! thats a security issue I believe
