Hey Rake,

I’m sorry to hear that you feel that way. We do, and will continue to do our best to look out for the best interest of the affiliates, which is one of the reasons why we launched this system, and which is why we also use ourselves as a barrier between affiliates and predatory terms, as seen with recent events where we mediated controversy.

If you do however have a serious problem with anything associated with CAP, please don’t hesitate to contact Warren, Lou, myself, or another CAP team member via e-mail or PM. We’d love to hear your thoughts and resolve any implications you may have in a professional manner :)

Have a great weekend,

Arjun

Prove it!

You created us an “arbitration forum” that has been absolutely ignored.

The chipleader issue has covered:

Cheating.

Retagging of players belonging to affiliates.

Yet, they remain “certified” without even so much an acknowledgement of the scandal to tain there record, I’m sure it’s advertising dollars – and I don’t blame you for trying to run a profitable business but I am of the belief that the constant alienation of affiliates in favor of advertisers will take it’s toll on the value of your potential ad sale.

Also – for the reasons above, I don’t really believe CAP/PAP capable of being an unbiased “affiliate watchdog”.

I know I couldn’t be both an unbiased affiliate watchdog in your shoes, so I really think you should reconsider various areas of your expansion.

My .02, I’m outspoken – tend to speak out – I’ll be off now, I can at least say that you addressing my post was appreciated. Cheers.
