From what I’ve gathered so far.. the MicroGaming casinos are pulling out of the U.S.
market due to the Kentucky verdict and the inability to effectively block Kentucky
residents from gambling at any of their online casinos. Not to sure how reliable my
sources are these days.. but that’s what I’ve been hearing from my sources.

If this is the case, that the decision is based on the inability to accurately block Kentucky
residents from the online casinos then it would make sense that some of the programs are
going to allow existing players in the 30+ states to continue playing at their online casinos.

I think that the online casinos should continue to serve all existing U.S. players to their
present capacity. If for no other reason, they should do it for their affiliates. Affiliates are
the life blood of the online casinos, and this is incredibly bad timing for many affiliates.

I’m not saying that the casinos should invest anything in new deposit methods, processors,
etc.. in order to keep U.S. players happy, but they should at least continue to serve their
existing U.S. player base with incentives and the e-wallets that still accept U.S. players.

I do hope that MicroGaming and the individual MicroGaming casinos think of their affiliates
during this time of crisis. If I continue to promote the MicroGaming casinos to players
outside of the U.S., it will ultimately depend upon whether MicroGaming looks after us.
