If their funds were being frozen then why would they keep their existing players? I don’t believe this has anything to do with payment processing and if it was it wouldn’t be just Microgaming having issues. The bodog issue is completely separate where bodog were working with people inside the US to do payment processing themselves, that is a completely separate incident. I don’t think Microgaming are planning to do this so they could try to remove players from affiliates when they return. It would be suicide on their part to even attempt something like this and I don’t believe this is their intentions. If MG are still keeping their existing players and they have more to lose than they do to gain by this.

Lots of speculations flying around but let’s wait until Monday to see what the answer is from MG. I do wish it was 6 months or less before UIEGA gets put to rest.
