i think it is about serving your players needs if a program does not allow us players to play anymore, move on and promote something else which fits best.
I think it is a very awkward situation because of just one state claiming to be the HQ regulator of us online gambling most mgs are scared. But anyway awkward things happen regularly lately so it is almost common although it hurts badly.
