There is no logic in it at all. Its an over reaction. From my understanding all MGS operators will drop Kentucky and Some will ban up to 18 states. As far as leaving the US market all together thats almost financial suicide and things are turning around right NOW. Timing would be incredibly stupid. Hopefully most will come to their senses and do the right thing. The ones that leave will end up be insignificant players in the game in the very near future.
