Nah Magent isnt right. Cpays and Webroute are two separate companies. Always have been. They are (or were) owned by the same guy however, in the same way that many business people own more than one company and run them as separate entities.
So, sadly magent was incorrect, which is suprising as he was ex staff 
Oh, how long have I waited to say that!
