Hi Dcbonus,

I have investigated this player and I can confirm that the players account was not locked.

As per terms and conditions the player has to make a purchase to receive their bonus and they have to purchase with in 7 days.

Due to the fact that this player did not make a purchase with in 7 days they lost their bonus.

I have asked the casino to please allow this player to receive their bonus , therefore once they make their purchase they will receive their bonus.
