I’ve always found Andy to be a passionate guy who believes in the rights for affiliates first before anything else he does. Even affiliate programs now go to him before launch to make sure their Terms and Conditions made the grade.
I must admit I was a little surprised to hear that Andy would have made comments which would have had him banned for life. A deteriorating attitude, just doesnt sound like the Andy I have spoken to at conferences, or on the phone. But then I am not sure of the posting rules here myself, and who is allowed to say what and about whom.
Saying that, I dont know what Andy said, but I guess its for CAP and Andy to sort out. It would be a shame to see 2 respected industry groups not able to work something out, especially with the state of gaming as it is currently.
