The reason this is a big deal is that now other programs are going to see an opportunity to do the same. Why pay more than you have to? Why not break contracts and do whatever you want whenever you want?

Exactly. This is a very serious issue, and it must be dealt with.

Retroactive changes that adversely affect affiliates are not acceptable. Period.

This has been discussed at great length elsewhere, for the last month. I think everyone is on the same page (with the exception of Stupid).

Would someone from BCP / Blasters please post here and clarify their position?

Many affiliates signed up to BCP / Blasters before the new terms were put in place. If one of these affiliates currently has active players at Golden Casino or at the Blasters properties, and if this affiliate decides to promote someone else and stop delivering players (for whatever reason they choose) — will you pay them 30% (or 36%) as promised when they signed up, or will you lower their commission to 5%?
