Their statement needs to include information on this term in regards to retroactive enactment of this term upon existing affiliates. THAT is the issue here.
Most affiliates will NOT sign up with them under the new conditions, so that really is not a major issue to most of us. The major issue is the applying of a term retroactively and it would be nice if they could speak towards that issue.
