Does this apply to affiliates who already have a signed contract with BCP and already have an established player base under that contract?
That is the only issue I see. As a new affiliate, I can decide if I want this clause or not and choose accordingly.
If the players are already delivered at this time, I am forced to accept or lose my player base. BCP has a contract with me to pay for that player base in a certain fashion. Is that now null and void?
