I like the USB drives (2GB from Rushmore last year was great), mints, and the foam balls that some groups hand out. My cats love to play with these balls on our wood floor. 
I already have a few bottle openers (for beer bottles as well as wine bottles), so I don’t really need any more of those.
The t-shirts and backpacks / bags are nice, but I can’t really use these since they have gambling-related branding on them. The t-shirts make great pajama shirts, but the bags usually end up being donated to the Salvation Army.
I don’t play cards, so I usually either politely decline when people offer me cards, or I donate those along with the cloth bags…
Any kind of consumable thing is great — chocolate (LOVED the Playshare chocolates a couple years ago), mints, and good-quality pens are always nice.
