No not at all Jack. I just never understood it. Martial Arts I see as slightly different in that it primarily existed to teach self defence and (correct me if I’m wrong), is designed to repel an aggressor rather than be the aggressor.
And yes, the Category 1 audience are the ones that make me shudder. On the rare occassions I’ve seen boxing, it strikes me the audience appreciates the aggression on display.
Wrestling seems pretty harmless though I guess – more like theatre in that it’s pre-rehearsed and staged. But I still don’t understand why people like it
