Munich is not too expensive but not mega cheap either but hotels are a bit scarce so would need to start booking early. Oktoberfest is incredible though absolutely one of the things you have to do at least once in life. Having said all that I would not be adverse to a CAP pretty much anywhere in Germany, how about a CAP Berlin, that place is supposed to rock! A CAP Florence would also be very very cool.
Places that would be stupid expensive are CAP Oslo and CAP Rekjavik although the women there would go quite some way towards compensating. :inlove:
