As i mentioned in my previous thread, the Barcelona convention was my 1st CAP, and as a cap virgin, i had a great time, business and social wise. To be honest, at the beginning i didn’t relay know what to expect. All i knew from reading about previous cap’s in cap’s forum was that it’s all about doing some work and having lots of fun. NO ONE warned me that I’ll find my self working non stop 20 hrs a day, drinking 10-15 beers a day, not to mention the other kind of alcohol i found my self sipping down my thought in the great parties.
Un like most of you cap veterans, for me, most of the faces where completely new, and as a friendly chap who likes making new friends, especially ones who are fond of the liquor and the music as i am, all i wanted to do is get to know as many as possible. In some cases I’ve even forgotten the main reason i was sent to Barcelona by my company in business class and expensive suits, and got lost in a philosophical conversation with one of the beautiful show girls who swamped the place with relay (and i mean relay ! ) short pence, over the question, does god exist (how should i know, but if he does than she is defiantly one of his girls).
Any way, i had a great time and for that i would like to thank (again) the professor and all his team, and all of you guys which i met for the first time, for making me feel comfortable.
p.s – Although all the parties where great i especially enjoyed the “bar tour” that was hosted and organized by ABSOLUTE SLOTS and their affiliate director Elliot. Besides the great drinks and company, all of us who where lucky enough to hap on the bus on time, got a chance to get a glimpse at one of the most Gothic and beautiful parts of Barcelona. So thank you Elliot, and the rest of the the operators who hosted the other parties. You sure gave me a thirst to come again to the next cap.
