When you are ‘surviving’ you tell you body to store that fat which alot slows your metabolism.My friend lost 80 pounds by starving herself ,she had a apple for breakfast and one lean cuisine entrees for dinner.She kept it off a year but as soon as she went back to eating normal she put it all back.

Well. It is the circadian diet.
High proteins + Low carbs (vegetables) for breakfast and lunch.
High Carbs after 6 pm.
A little bit long to explain here, but works.
