Until now we have the ruling of a provincial Court (KY).
I can’t see how they will have enforcement power over registrars in other states or the ICANN.
They claim that some casinos are running an illegal operation targeting KY residents, but that sole statement is not IMO enough to take action in a national or global manner.
If the registrar is weak the KY ruling will prevail, but there’s a long way to prove the illegalty etc.
