It’s obvious that no one in Government in Ky has a clue about the tubes. They’ve gone at it this way, bull in a china shop and will no doubt get a lot of spotlight and fail. it would have been a lot easier, quicker and acceptable to have all local ISPs block the sites to all Kentucky customers, and more likely to stick.
