Something tells me that this isn’t going to fly. The idea that Kentucky can seize
domains from companies outside of their legal jurisdiction is an abuse of power.
It would set a dangerous prescendent where any government on any level..
could begin seizing domains that promote products or services that are
illegal in their jurisdiction. Every casino or poker room on that list should
have a lawyer in Kentucky.. because I can’t see how this order can pull
through.. if the actual owners of these domains put up some resistence.
