Going to be interesting we need to wait and see what the Supreme court does. I mean come on having the ablility to take one mans “Property” electronic or otherwise, simply because it’s illegal is your jurisdiction, but maybe not others is a dangerous precidence.

For example, pornography in some areas is illegal some, but not others. now does a state like Virginia have the ability to take a porn site from a person in California where it is legal? Lets say a Dry county decides to take a website from another state because it promotes the selling and consumption of alcohal? There is a slew of implications that could spin off this. Up till now the Internet or Internets if your Ted Stevens has been for the most part translucent and neutral. This puts that on trial.
