Well we know things will be added on to this, theres no way the Dems will let 700 Billion by without somthing of great intrest added. I really dont think the people will mind much of averting a WTO sanction and cost while possiblt gaining income from regulation. Oh yeah and that funny stuff called freedom to make your own decision.
