No rush, they will not do anything with this until the new Congress of 2009. Which is probably better anyway; New Congress, more favorable President. I like this law better then Barney’s last legalization resolution. This one truely is the unduing of UIGEA. It takes the teeth right from the financial processors. It will open the doorway for new processors to open up.
