I have a 40 inch lcd tv in my office ,i have my desk positioned so i can see the computer screen as well as the tv.Generally I will work from 9am -3pm wth a break from 11:am -noon.Then I go back to work from 8pm-1am ,of course in my worktime there are many stretch breaks ,a tv show may come on i like or take time to play a game with my 5yrs old ,my family is trained well to leave me alone when i am at my computer lol.I also have fulltime housekeeper and without her my system would never work ,god help us if i had to cook and clean :tongue:
