I think a lot of casino websites suffer from a lack of transparency when it comes to cashing out. I know they have to be careful, but as a player, you never know just how the cashout process works until you get there, and more often than not it doesn’t meet expectations.
I like to see how long the reverse withdrawal time is, what the trigger for submitting documentation and what the documentation required consists of. Also, cashout methods often listed have limits or don’t apply in certain jurisdictions. And deposit options aren’t always that clear (Ie: UK Maestro cards don’t work if you sign up to play in US dollars).
The key is retention and the key to retention is “managing expectations”. You want a player to always find that the casino provides as good as or better than he/she expects, not worse than. And for me the cashout process is the first major stumbling block.
As a Microgaming casino, you don’t really have to go overboard on how the games play as they are generally good, it’s more about the backoffice services IMO.
Incidentally, a couple of things that could be improved in Canbet casino itself. Firstly, the Flash “Instant Play” version can’t be resized when open. On slower PC’s, because the window is 3/4 screen it slows down gameplay a bit on the more graphic-rich games like Cashapilla while on big monitors it’s very “in yer face”. Secondly, you have no player protection limit option. Belle Rock casinos allow players to set daily / weekly or monthly deposit limits through the banking interface. I think Canbet should have that too.
